Every staff member has been friendly and helpful. Their loan rates are competitive, and the app is so easy to use. If I ever have a question or need something updated, I can send an email and it will be resolved before the end of the day, if not within the hour. Been using this bank for years and I never want to leave! DCU or bust!

I love that DCU is local. It is a short drive from my home and work. Everyone at DCU is very friendly and always willing to help.
